YUVA Camp Bhavnagar 2026: From Participants to Leaders - Take Charge
What happens when 40+ girls come together, leave their phones behind, and spend three days learning, exploring, laughing, and growing together? The YUVA Camp at Bhavnagar Trimandir!
The entire YUVA camp revolved around one empowering message, "Take Charge" which the girls put into action through the Management challenge.
The girls took the responsibility of forming a management team and running the Yuva schedule for the next three days. They learnt about planning, leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork, and they truly got to experience it, rather than just hear about it.
The spirit of Take Charge came alive as three teams stepped up to take responsibility for Culinary Operations, Hygiene Management, and Creative Production. The culinary team prepared meals for everyone, the hygiene team managed the cleanliness of the campus, while the creative team created a beautiful Janmashtami backdrop. From distributing work and planning resources to maintaining communication, coordination, quality, and safety, the girls successfully handled their responsibilities.
The conclusion part of Take Charge was an insightful session filled with valuable learnings on the importance of selfless service (seva). It beautifully explored why we should serve selflessly; how true service begins with the right intention and gave keys to solve the inner conflicts that may arise while doing so. It reminded that meaningful change begins right at home, through our own actions.

The camp continued with visits to Bhavnagar's popular attractions and a fun umbrella-painting activity.
They also celebrated Independence Day with pride and patriotism, and the girls showcased their talents through performances dedicated to the nation.
There were powerful sessions on kusang (negative influence), opening up real conversations on friendships, relationships, and other youth challenges, guiding girls to become aware of their choices, take responsibility for their actions, manage time as well as emotions, and learn to face situations and solve them.

And the most special part? They came as participants but left with new skills, meaningful lessons, unforgettable friendships, and memories to cherish forever.
